Hand-Enamel Collections
What makes Mike + Ally bath collections so unique is that each piece is custom-made to order. Since these are not 'off-the-shelf' products - they cannot simply be placed back into stock for resale. Therefore, returns on all hand enamel and monogram collections cannot be accepted. We are glad to discuss your color selections and specifications by email or phone to insure everything is as ordered. In many cases, we can send a color swatch for confirmation.
Stock Collections
Ice Lucite, Contours, and Eos are stock collections. If your Mike + Ally selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will exchange or refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges and any discounts applied, within 10 days from the date of delivery.
The item(s) you wish to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You may select the carrier of your choice.
Goods received damaged or broken
Please contact info@mikeandally.com or call 718 729 6622.
If the problem is the result of shipping damage, a manufacturing issue, or an error on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you or we will refund the cost of the item and related shipping fees. We will issue a return/call tag if we determine the item should be returned.
Flash Sales
These are sold are terrific bargains and are final sale. They are not eligible for returns or credits.
Options
Pumps mechanisms, plastic liners for wastebaskets, and frosted glass replacements are not eligible for returns or credits.
Missing or damaged packages
If you encounter issues with the delivery of your package (where it is marked as delivered, but you have not received your items), please contact us within 10 days. MIKE+ALLY cannot be held accountable for missing or damaged packages beyond this specified timeframe.
